   It's time #Mastodon supported multiple domain names per instance, allowing the users to use their own domain name for identity.

     @nilesh this is nonsense. because domain defines the server address. that's it. it's not some stupid user's fit, but a global network rule.

     @iron_bug I don't understand what you are trying to say.

     Takahe supports multiple domains per instance: https://github.com/jointakahe/takahe but Mastodon still does not.
