   I went to the dentist on saturday because I had a toothache. The tooth is fine, it's just a sinus infection that's pressing on my tooth and causing pain. I'm taking antibiotics and I feel a little better now

     if my nose gets stuffy and I can't breathe through it I usually take some ibuprofen, and a big honking glass of water

     @p I'm going to do nasal washes, Guizzy's mother gave me some salts the other time I had such a bad cold

     I do this most nights before bed
     To fill my bottle of maybe 300ml I use half teaspoon of salt and half teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate, put them in a cup, add just boiled water, then let it cool down before adding to the wash bottle
