   Norwegian media are reporting that Biden has removed these restrictions on Ukraine. Which makes sense because they’ll be gone the moment Trump takes office anyway. And this might give the Ukrainians a fighting chance in holding their current territory.

     Lol @ newspapers asking “will Trump reverse this”, once you cut them off you have zero leverage, they are a sovereign country, they can use what they have how they like. Trump has made himself powerless.
