     @mittorn yeah but it was also updated several times. However, gcc version hasn't changed until hl25 which says:
     `GCC: (SteamRT 5.4.0-7.really.6+steamrt1.2+srt2) 5.4.1 20160803`

     @a1ba maybe it's just some old scout version. goldsrc client port was made when there was only one runtime version

     @a1ba for 32 bit it just called "steam runtime" and comes with default steam
     Version says "steam-runtime_0.20221019.0" (i freezed my steam version in late 2022 before vgui/panorama ui removal)
