   It's just Seungmin and the guitarist sitting by a river (the Han River in Seoul?). There's none of Seungmin's usual commentary about the song or the arrangement or whatever.

     I feel some kind of way about the lack of commentary.

     It feels ... pointed?? Perhaps because *this* particular song is the one he chose to release without explaining why.

     Of course it could be something simple like: It was taking too long to produce the Song By episodes, he wanted to release more actual songs and do less talking about the songs, whatever whatever.

     @lookitmychicken @tikistitch @pixelcats i did NOT appreciate seungmin enough at first, but i've seen the error of my ways. his voice?? is so good? my favorite part of chk chk boom is when he sings about hitting you with a truck in that perfect broadway vibrato

     @tikistitch @pixelcats confession time: I was a fan of stray kids for years without knowing what they looked like, let alone their names. I just really liked their music.

     It was only this year that I started trying to find out more about them. Mostly because I wanted to know who wrote & produced their songs, so I could find similar music from other artists with the same writers & producers.

     Little did I know, etc etc

     Seungmin just posted to bubble to explain that he's doing this shorter no-commentary format for Song By because it's less burdensome to prepare in the middle of a tour.

     I'm glad he's decided to keep doing the Song By series even though he's so busy.

     But I do hope he gives us some longer-format Song By episodes again one day.

     I mean, now that Binnie is branching out to producing for others, you'll be able to do that? XD
