    Wonderful news for Georges Abdallah. I hope it happens. He’s a Lebanese communist who has been in a french prison since 1984.

    He was 33 when they arrested him on weak grounds. He is now 73 years old.

    The Americans pressured the French to prevent his release for years.

    The last time he was arrested #Israel was occupying south #Lebanon. They are doing that again now
