   Just finished reading "Elon Musk" by Walter Isaacson. Musk mandated that product requirements include the name of the person originating the requirement.

   Imagine if Federal regulations had to include the name of the bureaucrat responsible for a regulation. If agency expenditures required the name of the person approving them. Be a great boon for actual accountability in government.
