     Inflation means inflating the money supply. First it flows into assets & securities but seldom to never does it flow to the peasants.

     The market reacts to exponentially more dollars in circulation chasing the same amount of goods by prices rising. He paid it lip service at the end minimalizing what the chief problem & cause is as a mere afterthought.
