It is exactly what you imagine it to be if you know the basics about any UNIX file hierarchy. It doesn't even contain examples. The whole spirit seems to be "Well, somebody just had to write it down at some point." Still, I'm glad I've read it. Now I can be sure that I don't have to read it for the things that I do.
