     @EricFielding So, I'd say that it depends on how many issues you're talking about.

     If it's two or three or a handful, maybe that would count as "focus", so I'd say qualified yes. You have at least one that you're focusing on.

     If it's dozens or hundreds, I'd say qualified no; that's really stretching the concept of "focus".

     And if it's really broad like "resist" or "whatever comes up", I don't think that would count as "focusing" at all.
