     - Military is a fucking shamble
     + combat wise
     + supply wise
     + logistics wise
     
     new blood as SecDec can start to fix #1, but #2 is 5+ years out and #3 is probably 2+ past #2.

     @Shadowman311 @JuicyGothMommyFeet to really fix #2 requires bringing back manufacturing to the US, which is what makes the huge lead time.
     
     You can't just turn the lights on at all the steel plants.
     
     The whole "we can't even make the plates for icebreakers" should make everyone think.
