@mirabilos yep, wayland devs are xorg devs, and xorg is on maintenance mode and the only people that it doesn't work for are those with "high tech" setups (HiDPI, mixed/variable refresh rate, etc)

so yeah, if x works for you, it'll keep being maintained for a good while
