Dear Bluesky folks,
I am really glad you made the choice to find a new “X”. You’re joining millions of others who have done the same. Whether it is Bluesky, Threads, Mastodon or the rest of the #OpenSocialWeb #Fedivese, it’s all better than that place.
When I made that choice, Bsky was much smaller, and Threads didn’t exist. Things change.. but I am here to tell you, you might be missing out.

2/3 When I made the jump off Twitter (Nov ‘22) and into the #Fediverse I didn’t even understand what that word meant, aside from it obviously being… 🖖 (nttiawwt).
I quickly found new friends to chat with, new topics and old, but then it started to dawn on me, and this is the part you might not see on BSky:
It’s like I had stepped out of a desert, into what I thought was an oasis, but it was actually the entrance to an unimaginably vibrant and diverse forest. #OpenSocialWeb
