   @JenMorency @cryptadamist That's why I had a clash the other day over @ BS, stating that the "value" so far was in owning the PDS and the full ledger (index of all DiDs https://web.plc.directory/). The ledger is supposed to be "decentralized" at some point, but my guess is that will never happen "willingly"...

     @cryptadamist Blockchain Capital invested in Opensea, Kraken, Ethereum, Coinbase & Ripple... so, a bit of everything... Desillusion is coming for the new BS users (and many old ones), but they don't want to see it...

     @cybeardjm @cryptadamist a16z also invested in X alternative "Post," which, like B.S., immediately became a centrist Democrat echo chamber, only to close down a few months later. One can only imagine how much personal info they gathered from users for later ad targeting and electioneering.
