Tried #Obsidian webclipper. It's so simple and seamless I can cry lol.
If I want to use it as a "Read it later" app, all I have to do is just access my vault (which is in OneDrive, synced to my devices) via my simple Markdown app. But since I don't want to keep all the articles I want read later, I'll just go back to using Pocket as a Read it Later app. Simple!

I was using MarkDownload, but I see that it may soon no longer be supported. I do like the way I can see what is being captured prior to saving the page. Also noticed that it has a way to highlight and save only a portion.

If I want to read it in my ereader,I just need to compile the articles with Longform, and then output it as an epub with Pandoc. Its pretty cool and easy

Anita Lewis (ajlewis2@social.vivaldi.net)'s status on Thursday, 14-Nov-2024 19:59:03 JST Anita Lewis I hadn't heard of Longform plugin for Obsidian. I use Pandoc in CLI often, but forgot I'd installed the plugin in Obsidian. I just made a hotkey to create epub and I'm all set to use your process! Thanks. Good way to catch up on articles for bedtime reading.

From that manuscript generated, I Pandoc it into epub

Anita Lewis (ajlewis2@social.vivaldi.net)'s status on Friday, 15-Nov-2024 07:34:18 JST Anita Lewis Did you have any trouble using Longform? I did "Create Longform Project" in the directory where the notes I want to use are located. A new folder was created with an index file inside. There is a property "?longform" and nothing else. No project is seen in the longform panel. I have a feeling that property with the question mark means there is a problem.
Does your index file have the same property in it?
