     @sand 'Tis the season to be assholes... Companies suck. (I was going to say sometimes, but the answer is that it's honestly most of the time.)

     @floofpaldi I agree. I've been laid off twice in my career and both times were within 2-3 weeks of Christmas.

     This time of year always makes me nervous. Companies big and small are trying to find ways to increase profits for the new fiscal year.
