   Does anyone know what CTS means in the context of #LispMachine, #Lisp code, and comments? They are used as followings (basically, a todo). I recall that CLWiki had a page on something similar, but now I forgot

     @jaoswald I mean .. you can spell CTS with "CommenTS" -- but that seems far fetched? :CTS-CONTROLLED being one of they keywords to MAKE-SYSTEM for example..
