   FOIA docs obtained by @josephcox show the Secret Service talking about how they don't need a warrant to track phone locations because people "willingly" gave it away by agreeing to long terms of service docs for random apps

     @404mediaco @josephcox I've been opining longer than I care to remember that when rights are predicated on a reasonable expectation of privacy but our every consumer interaction agrees to give away our information that the rights in question are at risk.

     Seems the Secret Service admits to having caught on.
