Ignoring them makes them feel invisible. Not “safe.” Invisible is the worst. Their goal is chaos.

They've done this more than this one time in this town. They're going to keep coming back and making videos to recruit and show off what they're doing.
They're being tolerated and they're trying to normalize this behavior.

It is the most effective response. They want to fight. They even want to be attacked for fundraising and publicity.
So don’t engage.
Mocking is engaging.
Five people with signs isn’t the same thing as a group with a parade permit and history of verbal violence.
