@coolboymew@Eiswald >wasn't enough to detox me completely, wtf? Depends on your definition of detox, there's detox from the crap it added in your various body cells, that can take up to seven years and more. Then for the neurons I do not know. But the earlier you get some habits the harder it is to get rid of those neural pathways.
@Eiswald the big prob is that I have eaten that shit + milk for decades as a child and... Yeah. Even 3-4 months probably wasn't enough to detox me completely, wtf?
@coolboymew Fortunately I'm not addicted to cereals boxes. But what my mother made when I was a kid in concentrated amount was "bledine" it's a flours, powder lactose and lots of sugar, this was advertised as healthy for babies and small kids at the time. https://fr.openfoodfacts.org/produit/3041090897238/bledine-multicereales-bledina Years ago my mother noticed that it didn't taste "as good" as it used and I know why now. I had made some month ago and I added some stevia in it and it replicated exactly the original taste, what was missing was sugar. I also replicated bledine without all those ingredients by just making a sweet bechamel.
