A lot of people aren’t getting that when we say “there wont be any more elections & it doesn’t matter what the constitution says because Trump & his horde will burn it,” we don’t mean they’re going to cackle evilly on TV & declare democracy is over.

They don’t have to.

Of course there’ll be elections. They’ll just be like Putin’s elections, where he always wins, the votes don’t matter, & any effective opposition is punished after the fact.
