     @mdfranz This is what actual independent news sources have to do to pay the bills. They don't have reactionary billionaires to bankroll them for all eternity. A lot of truly excellent sites are forced to rely on execrable banner ads to stay online. Perhaps you would consider donating some $$$ or subscribing to one you respect this year and ensure that these valuable sources of info don't disappear altogether.
