Update: Got another estimate from an independent electrician who came recommended (a large company w/ all 5-star reviews gave the $1500 estimate). $190 and fixed.   Attached: 1 image Had a circuit breaker blow and my rudimentary electrical skills were not enough to diagnose the problem. Electrician came out and wants $1500 to rebuild a panel that was brand new when we bought our home in March. Homeownership is the best.
