THIS SHIT WORKS!!
To this day, 40-odd years later, if I start feeling stressed out, my magic word just pops into my head. I chant it to myself and calm the F down.
This happens several times a week, every week, for the last 40 years.

@notroot There's nothing "magic" about the mantra they give you. (I'm sure you know that though.)
It's simply a means of focus. One which over time you've trained your mind to relax when focused on.
Good for you though. I'm glad you have something that helps.
