Hmm yes drink fresh orange juice while forgetting you have an oral ulcer. Very nice experience, 10/10 would recommend.

More exactly the good microbes in your gut benefits from it while your negative microbes gets killed, garlic has anti microbial, fungal and viral properties. It reinforces stomachs walls too.

Transforming food always change parts of it's properties. Eating food a certain way too. For example, you can drink orange juice from the store but it actually has little to no natural ingredients due to pasteurization. All the labels you can read is "added" after that as vitC for example gets destroyed in the pasteurization process.
It's also not well known that most of the nutrients of citrus are in the skin and pulp, if you want to benefit of the whole organic complex you have to eat it whole.

I tried it out of curiosity, when you're 130Kg and you have oxygenation issue you immediately see the difference.
Same for digestion, same or stomach aches etc...
I'm a lot healthier now as I lost a lot of weight and I'm still doing it and I can live at 12°C without shaking, unlike when I was the previous weight were even at 16°C my body temp struggled to regulated it's heat.
It's not of course solely due to the garlic but it's a combination of good practices.
