Trump just proved that you can move the needle five points if the GOP runs on winning issues instead of losing issues.
Who knew?

@judgedread The next big fight coming up is the Senate Majority Leader battle
If Thune wins fat orange blowhard is going to have a lot of fun getting hamstrung and issuing a bunch of weak Executive Orders. Also in getting any Cabinet picks gonfirmed (hello 'Acting Directors' of . . . everything)
Democracy truly is for weak faggots and I spit on it

@TrevorGoodchild In their 'successful' effort to throw the previous three elections the GOP managed to clear out at least 1/3rd of the dead wood, particular in 2018 when 50 useless cucks retired to hand the House to the Democrats.
It's Trump's party now, globalists just have to live with it.

@TrevorGoodchild @judgedread Trev, here is my extremely hot take: our government is a form to trap elites to keep them from overthrowing the government.
But what we need now is to purge a lot of corrupt elites and thus to them is the same as a coup.

@TrevorGoodchild @judgedread it's because losing while looking good was the place they had caved out for themselves. This is something people have noticed for a long time.
The problem is, can ordinary people be retrained into believing they can win on things that matter to them.

@TrevorGoodchild @judgedread This, for better or worse, took a lot of time to beat out of them - but the regime fucked people over hard in the 70s- early 80s with the school integration stuff, which ordinary people fought hard.

@TrevorGoodchild 2nd order reactions can destroy an engine - just that small amount of energy created by the shifting of the piston rod during the revolution of the crankshaft.
So many human institutions are the same way. Better governance is the attempt to find a balancing rod to keep things in one piece.

@sickburnbro @judgedread The good news is that none of the ones who need removal have their own personal armies, and the plebs also despise them. Doesn't leave them a lot of options aside from bending the knee or resigning
