High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell posted an image from a shelter in Kyiv.

"I start my day in Kyiv in a bomb shelter when Russia launches another missile strike. This is the daily reality for the Ukrainian people since Russia's full-scale invasion," the EU diplomat said.
