   I'm sure you've seen videos on youtube of some barefoot brown people operating a big expensive industrial machine in a shack to make whatever product (often these are fake and gay but the machine is real)
   
   where did the machines come from? they weren't made locally. they came from the west, and we gave them away for scrap value

     Yep. Guy is replacing valve seats on a cylinder head, crouching on a dirt floor. But they've got the equipment to plane it? People are coughing up hundreds to ship a pair of V8 heads domestically, can't even imagine how much shipping a milling machine would cost. It's almost as if a sponsor, with deep pockets, made that happen.
