     @waifu @hor32 If it's anything like we have in Czech Republic, you are supposed to pay a monthly fee for the state owned TV/radio stations.
     
     People stopped buying TVs here and the government decided that every smartphone can be a TV receiver (thanks to IPTV), so now essentially everybody has to pay.
