With my old mind, stresses like this past week would have likely led to me abandoning my well being.
I have learned and practiced a lot to strengthen my well being these last couple of years. I did so hoping for a day when the stresses that inspired me to do the work might end.
I am realizing for myself that is the wrong way around. I need to keep myself well and strong regardless so as stresses come and go, I always have the reserves and resilience I need.
