It's a tough day in the US, and I think it would be nice to have a thread about what you're doing to cope and care for yourself and your community in the coming days.
Here are some things on my mind:
- Ask/Offer food delivery for those who are low on energy
- Ask/Offer reminders to eat, drink water, take meds, spend time outside
- Ask/Offer reminders to indulge in one's favorite things: music, games, etc.
- Ask/Offer space to help distract, vent, or maybe just have a cry together
