@seachanger I'm also a white woman and I don't want to tell people "never take breaks." Maybe a useful piece of advice for white women might be to show up and conserve your energy by NOT putting your fingerprints on everything. On topics that aren't about us, we don't have to always weigh in on the tactics and messaging and we don't have to make sure our perspectives are included in the final plan. That could be a less tiring and more sustainable plan for everyone involved.
