    may have realized this morning that it is highly likely we see a decrease in enforcement efforts by the FCC in the coming years.

    if ever you were going to dip your toes into the world of pirate FM radio broadcast, doing it when the FCC was hobbled would seem to be a pretty good choice.

    just saying.

      @djsundog Somehow I don't think they'll hesitate to enforce against pirate radio anarchists just because they won't enforce against capitalists.

      Deregulation is selective.

      As a ham radio operator let me just say that they do not currently have the resources to chase sporadic stations. There simply aren’t the bodies. It’s a shell of an organization.
