   Hospital update.

   I'm moving better yesterday. Getting better at moving myself on and off the bed and chair, relatively pain free.

   The plan is to get me to Rehab for 6 weeks.
   I should be up for it, we will see.

   This is day 4 at 4 am.

     6 weeks of Physical therapy, no unfortunately, no. I see attending online.
