   apple photos sucks, not only can't you share raw photos on icloud, it doesn't tell you that. it just gives you an unhelpful error message.
   
   the "usability" of apple products is really spotty

     @sun yeah. usability of the happy path within apple ecosystem is usually great but god forbid you want to do anything even a little bit advanced

     @eal I have 345 RAW images in Photos app and right now don't know how to get them into JPEG files haha, I am messing with Automator now but so far not looking possible. Maybe AppleScript

     @sun cell showed me a neat way to prepare photos for fast web upload, you should be able to do something similar on a macbook (the app os Shortcuts)
