     @kaia The organ is a living sponge - the more blood flow, the larger it is, the less blood flow the smaller it is.
     
     Colder temperatures result in less blood flow and thus an even smaller unerect size.

     @kaia@brotka.st Not sure if that's what you are asking, but in German there are the terms "Blutpenis" and "Fleischpenis". The latter won't change drastically in size when erect.

     @kaia If you mean after all is set and done (puberty finished, and thus"final size" reached)? Not rly.

     It can still vary a bit with drugs and alcohol use (known as the "Pilly Willy" or "Whiskey Dick") but it's mostly just "around the same size" otherwise.

     @kaia Don't know if you would roll that into arousal, but intend is a factor. Having to pee is one, for example.
     But you're kinda limiting the definition here, since those factors also all affect erection(bloodflow). So an absolutely unerect penis would be the smallest it could reasonably ever be. Depending on fat distribution, it can even fully retract into the pelvis, leaving only skin.

     @kaia Genetics and hormones. But generally hormones won't affect the day to day size unless the person is suffering from an extreme inbalance.

     It definitely changes but I gave thought about it yet. 😆😅 So I think it's at least how full/empty bladder is and maybe the current level of physical activity (however that might be blood rate+pressure as much as the temperature that you've already mentioned).
