   @olav Pseudo-counterargument: Docstrings in CL are first class strings (first expression in a function body, or (:documentation "docstring") for classes and generic functions). Doesn't cover all comments obviously, and I guess strings are technically not S-expressions.

     s-expressions are not enough syntax and the fact that all lisps have a non-sexp comment syntax is proof
