     @GNUmatic @hannu_ikonen I had faint hopes for the Ampel.

     Got squashed as soon as Lidners talks with Porsche came to light and somebody reminded me of Olaf Scholz involvment with Wirecard.

     The Greens and the SPD both embraced neoliberalism which Kabinett Schröder showed in 1998 and yet i still clung to hope.

     At least we can bury the notion that the Realo vs Fundie discourse in 90's ended up. Realpolitik does not trump idealism.

     Random foot note:
     In Germany, the neoliberal, almost fascist, fossil-happy suckers from the FDP just got thrown out of the German government, finally breaking a stupid coalition where the FDP always played the part of the opposition, causing elections to happen earlier.

     Don't expect anything good to happen, because fascists are on the rise over here as well - with very slim chances for progressives to regain anything that was lost because of all the neoliberal FDP shitfuckery.
