Option 7 - Rentista visa
Many countries have "rentista" visas. You prove you have an ongoing income derived from remote work. You are allowed to live in the host country more or less permanently, as long as you derive your income from outside the country.
This is a great deal for the host, as all your income is money flowing into their economy.
