@bbusschots I've been spending a lot more time thinking about the parallels between now and 1930s Germany. I recently re-watched the documentary series “U.S. and the Holocaust" by Ken Burns. It was not a good time, and I think we are headed back there very quickly. It will be a significant regression.

Let’s hope we weather this storm of selfish fear-mongering hatred better than our ancestors did. Too many of mine lived and died in what became the battlefields of the 1940s.
Remember, we can choose not join the populist “othering” blame-game!
