@solene Also, I can see the temptation from some fundations to sell "non-sensitive" and "anonimized" data they gather from telemetry.

@solene There are data more sensitive than other, but even "non-sensitive" data can be misused.
This includes: how much you use the software, the OS/environment, crash reports that can allow other guess what you were doing, etc.
The best thing is to do no telemetry at all, and allow users to send logs or readable crash reports, in case of errors.
