   I do have one request.

   After this election is over, if you are still on X, please get off it.

   As an account holder on that platform, you are materially supporting a man who took a SM platform and turned it into the world's largest propaganda machine for fascism.

   I've been really understanding until now, but I think it is impossible to claim you can stay on it ethically.

   It's like belonging to the Nazi party because it's fun. #GetOffX

     @Remittancegirl After last night, staying on #X means you trust that Elon Musk will not hand over your posts and personal details to whatever Trumpian agency wants them.

     For example, Musk could build a list of DC/VA/MD residents who use specific anti-Trump hashtags, then identify and retaliate against any that are federal employees.

     There are no battles to be won there. I'm wiping my account this morning.
