   I have to give context on this picture...

   She was being murdered and the guy inside was confused, so she wrote 'HELP' in her own blood, in big letters on the windows. It showed up backwards so the guy was still confused saying "PLEH??? I don't know what PLEH MEANS!"

   So she had to smear it away and write it backwards, so he could see it, but by the time he figured out what was happening, it was too late for her and the killer finished her off. 😅
