It's a Strategic Air Command base the UK Forcibly took from it's native inhabitants decades ago, an antenna farm for milcoms, and just happens to be near where all the undersea telecom cables are. That's where they spy on international wireline traffic with hardhat divers down 24/7/365 ... It was also a Rendition transfer site and torture facility.
