   @rogue_corq Are you sure they are not leveraging the media to inspire fear? North Korean troops in the past have helped with their unique skills in building tunnels. They taught Hezbollah, who in turn taught Hamas.

   I suspect they will be used to build rear guard fortifications, but it is hard to say, they may not even be there and this is a clever ruse, and everyone is falling for it
