   this is the right idea, but "toxic positivity" isn't a great term for what is going on here. "toxic" is a fine word to use but as she mentioned, those people aren't being positive - those shitty devs are in fact insulting gamers.

     "toxic positivity" was used to describe the culture of the game studio. Nobody dared to say anything negative about obviously bad ideas. Everybody seal-clapped to the stupidest shit. This of course resulted in an abysmal end product.
