     transforthe.win is not the only server affected by the link spam infestation. I've also been getting spam posts from obvious random-generated accounts names on;

     More evidence that account creation on all fediverse software ought to be invite-only by default. With warnings about stuff like this before going open.

     I strongly suggest you flip account registration to invite-only until you can find a way to prevent this, or your server will end up blocked by the rest of the fediverse.
