   @DivineKestrel every so often I have to remind myself that I was doing JSONP a year before Douglas Crockford “invented” JSON, and five years before Bob Ippolito coined the term.

   Its is a memory that brings forth both “fuck yeah, I’m awesome” and “oh fuck, I’m old”

     Me: "What am I doing, I don't even deserve an interview for this position, I'm in way over my head. This was my graduate school work but I don't even know what this term MEANS."

     Also me: Wow, I just researched an unfamiliar groundwater flow term that I never heard of because it was coined in 2008, a year after I graduated graduate school. Turns out the term describes a concept I developed and presented at a conference in 2005, two years before I graduated.
