     Everyday Science and Mechanics (December 1933)

     I don't know if anyone was proposing this scheme for trains back in 1933 but it's both attractive and hilariously impractical if you think about it for a moment.

     It reminded me to re-watch Feynman on “How the train stays on the track’ though.
