     This is how to handle the #Musk problem - convict him of blatant #votebuying thus corrupting the US democratic process and, also, lying under oath.
     "the presiding US district judge Gerald Pappert disagreed w tt contention in a 5pg opinion, writing tt e motivations of e Philadelphia DA, Larry Krasner, were irrelevant – & that his office had the power to bring the case in state court.. The case was set for a hearing in Pennsylvania state court on Monday, the day before the #election"
